Adoption
How do I reserve a kitten?
Start by sending a reservation application for an available kitten, an upcoming litter, or our general waitlist. We review every application personally and will contact you to talk things through.
Once approved, a $500 deposit reserves your kitten. The balance is due on or before going-home day.
When do kittens go home?
Our kittens go home at 12 weeks old. Ragdolls mature slowly, and this time with their mother and littermates makes them more confident, better socialised adults.
Can I visit before deciding?
Yes. Approved families are welcome to visit by appointment once kittens are old enough (usually from 8 weeks), or we can arrange a video call. To protect young kittens, we limit visits before vaccinations.
Do you deliver or ship kittens?
We prefer you collect your kitten in person. If that isn’t possible, we can help arrange a trusted ground transporter or flight nanny at your cost. We never ship kittens as cargo.
Pricing & deposits
How much does a kitten cost?
Prices are shown on each kitten’s page and depend on colour, pattern and quality. Every price includes vaccinations, microchip, vet check, registration as a pet, a starter kit and lifetime support.
Is the deposit refundable?
The $500 deposit is non-refundable, because we turn away other families once a kitten is reserved. If we cannot provide you with a kitten for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full or moved to a future litter, your choice.
If your circumstances change, please talk to us. We will always try to help, for example by transferring your deposit to a later litter.
How can I pay?
Once your application is approved we will send you payment details for the deposit. The balance can be paid by bank transfer or cash on collection. We never ask for payment before speaking with you.
Health & care
What does your health guarantee cover?
Every kitten has been examined by our vet before going home. We guarantee your kitten to be free of contagious illness for 7 days, and free of life-threatening genetic conditions (including HCM and PKD) for 2 years.
The guarantee requires a check-up with your own vet within 5 days of going home. Full terms are included in your purchase agreement.
Are your cats health tested?
Yes. Our breeding cats are DNA tested for HCM (RD) and PKD, and screened regularly by our vet. Copies of results are available on request.
What should I prepare at home?
A litter tray, a scratching post, a cosy bed, a few safe toys, and a quiet room for the first days. We’ll send you a full checklist and the food your kitten is used to.
Policies
What is your spay/neuter policy?
All kittens are sold as pets and must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. Registration papers are provided once we receive proof from your vet.
What if I can no longer keep my cat?
Please contact us first. We will always take back a cat we bred, at any age, or help you find a suitable new home. Our cats must never be surrendered to a shelter or resold.
